For eligible cancellations made within 24 hours, 80% of the paid order amount will be refunded. The remaining 20% may cover payment processing, order handling, or related charges.

After 24 hours from the time of payment, cancellation and refund requests will generally not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Refund Processing

Once an eligible refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
