Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours from the time of order placement/payment confirmation.

To request cancellation, customers must contact our support team with:

  • Order number

  • Registered email or phone number

  • Cancellation reason

After the 24-hour cancellation period has passed, cancellation requests will not be accepted as the order may have entered processing, packaging, or shipping preparation.


Refund Policy

Cancellation Within 24 Hours

If a cancellation request is approved within 24 hours, HomeProductHub will provide an 80% refund of the order value.

The remaining 20% may be deducted towards:

  • Payment gateway charges

  • Processing costs

  • Order handling charges

  • Administrative expenses

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.


Cancellation After 24 Hours

After 24 hours from order confirmation/payment, cancellation requests and refund requests will not be accepted.

Once an order moves into processing, packing, or shipping, we are unable to cancel the order.

Customers are advised to carefully check product details, quantity, and address information before completing payment.


Company-Initiated Cancellation

HomeProductHub may cancel an order in cases such as:

  • Product availability issues

  • Payment verification problems

  • Technical errors

  • Delivery limitations

  • Unexpected operational issues

If HomeProductHub cancels an order, an eligible refund will be processed.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team with:

Our team will review the request and provide a suitable resolution.


Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Cancellation requests after 24 hours

  • Change of mind after processing begins

  • Incorrect address/details provided by the customer

  • Customer refusal to accept delivery without a valid reason

  • Damage caused after receiving the product due to misuse


Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.

The final credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
